The Travel Diary
“A mind that is stretched by a new experience can never go back to its old dimensions.”
The Pandemic has been hard on us. But that didn’t stop us from traveling and having fun like good old times.
Here are a few people who were brave enough to travel while taking all the necessary precautions:
Vedant Kaushik, age 8 – A resident of Prince Town Apartments traveled to Coorg, mentioned his visit to a beautiful Eco-Habitat, which is a villa with a pool. He recalls watching the dogs, horses, and mules in the vicinity of the villa. He spent three days there and still relishes the memory of the scrumptious Chicken Sandwiches he had for lunch.
Atharva Koumany, a 13-year-old, ex-student of Nurture International School (Bengaluru) - a resident of Prince Town Apartments, recently visited Bijapur, which happens to be his native city. He visited Bijapur during the summer holidays (of 2021) for his cousin’s wedding and spent some quality time with family and friends.
A girl who wishes to stay anonymous, age 11 - grade 6 studying in Brigade School (White field) visited Bandipur for 2 days, informs the paper about the Safari that she thoroughly enjoyed and the amazing flora. She was fortunate to see some incredible wildlife ranging from deer to majestic tigers. She is on her toes to visit the place again.
